Pascal-Ede is the biggest buying organisation in Netherland for the "Out of Home" market with 25 members, covering 33 warehouses. The members are united in 3 clusters, named Horesca Nederland, TopClass Group and VHC. The sales activities are developed within the different groups, enabling the members to keep their own (sales) identity. January 9, 2006 Pascal-Ede and Metro Cash & Carry Nederland B.V. set up a joint purchase organisation under the name MAXXAM C.V. for the purpose of closely cooperating in negotiating with selected suppliers. MAXXAM C.V. is a platform especially for parties´ national purchasing activities within the following product groups: ´dry´ grocery products, sweet products, beverages, ans non-food and cleaning products related to the hotel, restaurant and catering industry. The management team of Pascal-Ede consists of Mr. Sietze Zweers (office manager)
