Dansk Cater is the Holding company for 15 independent Foodservice Wholesalers in Denmark. The Group supplies quality foods and non food to restaurants, hotels, inns, pubs, hospitals, canteens, cafeterias, institutions etc. Dansk Cater's companies are located throughout Denmark. Each company has its own local profile when it comes to product assortment and distribution requirements; however all share the common goal of supplying quality products and of achieving the highest delivery service level standards. Each company is responsive to local requirements and works closely with its customers. With more than 30,000 items in stock we offer a wide range within meat, poultry, game, dairy, chilled and frozen foods, fast-food, bake-off products, groceries and packaging material as well as a fresh assortment like vegetables, potatoes, bread, fish, dairies and fresh meat. All departments have their own fully implemented food safety program and are all very focused on the environment. The Group employs approximately 1000 people in Denmark and distribution is done by our own fleet of approximately 300 trucks. Annual turnover: approx Euro 440 mill. (2010)
